You should configure proper call (answer & disconnect) supervision on the FXO ports.
Your issue has nothing to do with H323 :)

Has anyone else seen/heard/(hopefully) fixed this?
I have a 2801 in H323 mode. Several POTS lines plugging into FXO modules. Sometimes, the ports "hang", where the line cannot be answered (just rings, or rings busy). We have to then reset the port or the router.
I would be curious to know. I am going to call my POTS provider and see if it isn't something they are doing.
