Hello,
I had to change the ip address in a CallManager cluster (1pub+1sub) last year in a customer without problems. You have to follow one document you can find at Cisco's. There are some little things that it didn't explained that I did:
- First, I unplugged the network cable from the subscriber then I changed all the stuff in the publisher. Then I change all the stuff in the subscriber and I reconnected it at he end to synchronize it again with the publisher.
- There were some services that I should modify manually to put the new ip address. I don't remember exactly but, for example, MoH was pointing to the old ip and also RIS service I think. You shopuld go through the menu that displays the services and check that the ip is correct in all of them.
For the rest, I didn't have more problems...
Regards,
Ruben

Hi all.
I have been tasked with changing the IP addresses of our Publisher, Subscriber, and Unity servers. I have looked through some of the documentation and the process does not appear too difficult. I was curious if anyone else has had to go through an IP address change with CM and UM. Any tips, tricks, or gotcha's you might have would be great.
