I think huntstop is ok:

ephone-dn 6 dual-line
 number 5093
 pickup-group 10
 label 5093
 description Jim/Joel
 name Jim/Joel
 call-forward busy 6000
 call-forward noan 6000 timeout 15
 huntstop channel
 no huntstop
 hold-alert 30 originator
!
!
ephone-dn 7 dual-line
 number 5094
 pickup-group 10
 label 5094
 description Luke
 name Luke
 call-forward busy 6000
 call-forward noan 6000 timeout 15
 huntstop channel
 no huntstop
 hold-alert 30 originator
!
!
e-phone-dn 30
 call-waiting ring
 number 5001
 pickup-group 10
 label 5001
 description Line 1
 name Line 1
 no huntstop
 hold-alert 30 originator
!
!
ephone-dn 31
 call-waiting ring
 number 5002
 pickup-group 10
 label 5002
 description Line 2
 name Line 2
 no huntstop
 hold-alert 30 originator
!
!
ephone-dn 32
 call-waiting ring
 number 5003
 pickup-group 10
 label 5003
 description Line 3
 name Line 3
 no huntstop
 hold-alert 30 originator

This wouldn't explain why I couldn't dial out from the system when two lines
are already in use though, correct?
