[cisco-voip] Call transfer issue

Hi folks,

i got an issue with an IPtoIP Gateway not transferring SIP calls. 

The setup looks like that ... CUCM - > H323 to SBC -> SIP to Sip Proxy   -> that works fine. If the SIP Proxy wants to transfer the call back to the CUCM the call fails. 

Any ideas
