[cisco-voip] Callmanager 5 login

I have installed 5.0 (flat), 5.0(1) and 5.0(2)... haven't done (3) yet...

However, there are separate accounts for CCM admin and for Servicability and
platform administration.

To be honest, until I get a license file for my test environment, I am not
going to screw with 5... I think it is no where near ready for prime time.
