[cisco-voip] Cannot Open DC Directory on Subscriber

Ignore my last email. I did find the reconfig_cluster.exe file on the
Publisher. It was an .exe file, not a .cmd file. I ran it and my my
Subscriber's DC Directory is working just fine.

Once again, Wes, thank you very much!

Could I use the DCDScripts.1-0-7.exe even though it says it's not meant
for CCM versions after 3.3(3)? I found the readme for DCDScripts2.0,
but can't find the installation file.

In that case your subscriber DIB is toast and need to pull a new one
from the publisher. This should help:

ech_note09186a008012b3c3.shtml

basically a reconfig_cluster on the pub.

I ran the CallManager Upgrade Assistant Utility on my lab
CallManagers and my subscriber said I had a problem with the DC
Directory. I then tried to go to Users | Global Directory on the
subscriber, but I get this 'The page cannot be displayed' message. I'm
actually getting the same message from Cisco document ID 69637 and I've
gone through these steps over 5 times now. I've even changed the
passwords, but to no avail. I'm still on 4.0(2a)sr2c ready to upgrade
to 4.1(3).

Has anyone run into this issue? If so, are there any
undocumented workarounds? I'm thinking about rebuilding the subscriber
if this doesn't help.

	Thanks in advance.
