[cisco-voip] Add Prefix to Missed Calls and Placed Calls

Hi All,
I have refered the instruction on bellow links to add prefix to missed and
placed calls,

In this way it's add prefix "0" before it store in missed calls logs on the
phone. Since it's add prefix "0" in front of the number, sometimes users
misunderstand that number is *0035XXXXXX* instead of *035XXXXXXX*. I am just
wondering whether anyone knows any method to add prefix digit to number when
user dial missed or placed call. I know that number can be edit and add
prefix "0" before dial but I am looking for method to automate this process.
Any Idea would be greatly appreciated.
