[cisco-voip] Two unity/unified messaging questions

Ok, I have two quick questions related to unity, and or unified
messaging if you will.

First, when checking voicemail is there a way to disable having unity
report on emails? Ideally this would be a per user setting, something
they can turn on or off. I for one never want or need Unity to report
to me the number of emails I have that are not voicemail specific.

Right now if I call in and check my voicemail it tells me the total
number of messages I have in my inbox, this includes regular emails
and not just voicemail.

Any ideas? This is the first place I have worked at that actually
really uses Unity/Unified Messaging. I have always dealt with
seperate AD / exchange unity setups, never integrated like this so I
am unsure of what you can and can't do about this particular issue.

Second question, how are others integrating faxing into Cisco Unified
messaging? One thing I miss and they seem to be lacking here is a
solution for faxing. Having faxes sent to your inbox and the ability
to also send faxes via email.

Again I call on past experience and well we always used a third party
solution for this so it wasn't really anything to do with Cisco
Unified messaging. What are some Cisco options for this, as well as
maybe some recommended third party options like say, RightFax?

Any suggestions, ideas, input or advice about either question would be
greatly appreciated.
