[cisco-voip] Blind transferred calls to Hunt Group dropped before reaching Unity

MGCP GW received PSTN call and routes to
Cisco 7940 (x4000) phone which initiates the blind transfer by
pressing transfer dialing hunt pilot 7000 and then transfer again
while call is ringing.
Calls goes to Voicemail port on PT-Inhouse which the MGCP and phone
can dial according to Cisco DNA.

No Cisco Messaging enabled nor is MTP.
