To change the sender's name from the default of "Unity Messaging System
- ServerName", you can easily change that by modifying the display name
in Active Directory.

To change the subject, you will need Unity version 4.2 to customize the
subject line.  That's a good reason to upgrade to Unity 4.2 (at least
for me, that's one of the two good reasons).

In terms of modifying the size and time, I don't think that is even
possible.

can the email that are produced by unity notifying a VM message be
modified.  we want to see if we can change the sender, size,time etc.

we want to change sender to for example  from: mycompany messaging
center  

is this doable and is there documentation on dealing with these type of
changes
