[cisco-voip] Personal Fast Dials as line button

ok --- related question...
How do you build a personal speed dial list that is displayable on the
phone and can dial as needed?
I figured out how to write enough XML to display a simple list for
hand-dialing, but not a list that would actually provide 'dial' like
the CorpDirectory does...

They likely had the button defined as a services URL button, which
brought them to their personal fast dials service.

This seems to make more sense for the user instead of the
unwieldy 7914
modules.
