It's an IP phone service that you subscribe phones to. Then, you use the CCMuser pages or the phone based editor to manipulate entries.

  ok  --- related question...

  How do you build a personal speed dial list that is displayable on the phone and can dial as needed?

  I figured out how to write enough XML to display a simple list for hand-dialing, but not a list that would actually provide 'dial' like
  the CorpDirectory does...

  They likely had the button defined as a services URL button, which brought them to their personal fast dials service.

    I saw a 7970 ip phone that had a speed dials line button, when pressed the
    Personal Fast Dials
    appeared on the lcd. How do I configure this in ccm? Or could they be
    using a  third party program?
    This seems to make more sense for the user instead of the unwieldy 7914
    modules.

    Tx
