[cisco-voip] AAR on H.323 gateway

To answer your last question the AAR group and CSS settings on the H. 
323 gateway config page are for calls incoming from the gateway to a  
phone where bandwidth prevents the call from being completed.

For calls from phone to gateway you need to use the Route List/Route  
Group mechanism for redundancy.

Answer to my own question. AAR works Phone->to->Phone,
Gateway->to->Phone, but it DOESN't work Phone->to->Gateway. Sad but  
true.
