[cisco-voip] adschema update

I remember reading the documentation when I did it the first time and
there are some LDAP entries you can view on each DC to confirm that it
has received the updates.  I used an LDAP viewer and checked each DC to
confirm that the schema changes replicated, but with a large network
like you described, it's best to speak with the AD admin and have them
force AD replication.
