[cisco-voip] Higher CPU usage with OS 2000.4.3a than 2000.2.7

Upgraded CallManagers and IPCC from OS 2000.2.7 with sr to 2000.4.3a 
last weekend.  Very smooth, no problems.

We're noticing some new trends in CPU usage and I have a TAC engineer 
checking it out but so far he hasn't come back with any answer. The 
publisher is overall using less CPU (hooray!) but the subscribers have 
overall HIGHER CPU usage.  We basically have our subscribers "at the 
limits" right now in terms of registered phones so any changes in CPU 
usage are getting a lot of scrutiny.  Any ideas why the CPU might be 
higher just from applying these OS patches?
