[cisco-voip] Team nic on cm is this adorable

IPCC Express NIC teaming is not supported per Cisco BU.  I had thought
it was.  I had CRS application issues with NIC teaming in IPCC Express
4.0(3), and the escalation engineer stated their were known problems on
the IPCC side.

We have our NIC's teamed on our HP DL380's for CCM, Unity, and IPCC and
on the MCS server that runs our CER server.

As far I know - yes on HP (h) and no on IBM (i)
