[cisco-voip] "Expired subscription cleanup" job failing

Since our upgrade to OS 4.3a a SQL job has been failing.  I don't see 
how they are related; maybe it's just due to the reboot.

The job listed in the title fails nightly with "The job failed.  The 
owner () of job Expired subscription cleanup does not have server access."

If you look at this job in the Jobs listing, it shows 
hostname\Administrator as the owner.  All the other jobs show 
hostname\SQLSvc as the owner.  But hostname\SQLSvc doesn't appear as an 
option in the Owner dropdown.

This problem is preventing me from installing a CCM SR on new 
subscribers I am adding.

Any thoughts?  TAC case collection doesn't seem to have anything 
pertaining to this error.
