[cisco-voip] Voice activation feature on Cisco IP Phone

  The problem is like this.
  One of my customer can't see the screen on her phone and therefore does not know who's trying to call even though Voice T1-line provide calling number information. She was wondering if it would be possible to set her current phone for voice acitivation... So that when someone calls it will tell her who's calling/what phone # they are calling from.
  Is there any possible solution with Cisco CCM ?
