[cisco-voip] QoS and Link Size

I have never set-up VoIP on any link above 2Mb. I have found that even on a 2Mb link with about 5% utilization, before VoIP was added, without a LLQ to hold all the VoIP your voice quality will be poor.
   
  But what happens when you get above 2Mb. You don't need cRTP but what about LLQ and LFI. Say you have an OC3 with 10% utilization before voice and you add in an an extra 20% VoIP on top. Will the voice not suffer with out some form of prioritization ?
