[cisco-voip] Phone Rings & Volume Set to Defaults After Reboot

I looked and didn't see "Save" under settings. I only have the default
menus: 1) User Preferences, 2) Network Configuration, etc.
If you are talking about the "Save" softkey that appears after you
adjust the volume, I press that. I only have the "Save" softkey for
adjusting the handset volume and not the ring volume.
As an example, if I set the ring volume at max, power cycle the phone,
the ring volume will be in the middle range.
Any advice for saving the ring preferences?

Press Settings, then Save.
This should keep configs throughout a reset. This included handset,
speaker and headset volume.

Reboot
The office personnel would like to have their main incoming line
set to a common ring and volume, and unique rings for their personal DN.
The main driver is that a higher emphasis is placed on answering the
main incoming line than their personal DN.
For instance, they pick what they want for their personal DN
customized ring as the "Default Ring" and then for the second DN, I
choose "Ring 3" (which should be the common incoming ring). I also make
adjustments to their ring volume.
However, whenever the phone is rebooted, the "Default Ring" is
kept but the second DN is now set to the same as "Default Ring" rather
than "Ring 3". Additionally the volume defaults back to the midpoint in
the range.
These phones are 7941s.
Is this normal behavior?
