Thanks, I final found this. The problem was the COS rights of the Unity account I was logging into Unity with.

Are you trying to record this greeting using the TRAP media bar form within the web admin interface? If so, what user are you signed into Unity web admin as...? It is this user's COS that gets applied when recording greetings for any other user/call handler in this manner. (Note that the default "unityadmin" user is typically associated with the Example Administrator subscriber using GrantAccess.)
Hopefuly this makes sense and let us know if this helps.

I am trying to record a call handler greeting that will be 300 seconds. The system stops recording after 90 seconds.
I made the owner of the Call Handler a subscriber, and the subscribers COS permits Greetings of 300 seconds. So the Call Handler Greeting should be 300 seconds.
This is not working, I am still limited to 90 seconds. Anywhere else I should look for the Greeting length restriction?
