[cisco-voip] 7931 support in the server based Call Manager

I saw a internal Cisco preso deck about a month back that specifically
identified CME 4.0(2) and CM 6.0 (CY07) as the targeted platforms for
initial support of the 7931G.  It didn't specifically exclude CM 4.x or 5.x,
but it made me wonder, since 6.0 is still a little ways off.

  Does anyone know when the 7931G (low cost 24 button phone) will be
supported in CallManager and not just CallManager Express?  At this point I
don't care if it is in 4.1, 4.2 or 5.0?

I was expecting a Service Release to add it into 4.2 about now, but I've had
no response recently on it.
