[cisco-voip] ccm 4.1.3 and cue integration

Hi. 
At the central there is ccm 4.1.3 and at the branch office there is cue.
for codec at the wan   i shouldnt  use g711 codec,its recomended..  for that i need transcoder.
transcoder should be another device? or another daughter card?  what isthe spesicafitions. or can i handle it without using transcoder.

branch office will be connected to central via vpn.
