[cisco-voip] Loop between 7940 and CiscoExpress 500

Hello,

 

we had an outage on the whole office LAN this afternoon because a user, for
some reason, created a loop between the two Ethernet ports of his 7940 and
two ports of a Cisco Express she is connected to.

 

How do you guys do to avoid that kind of problems?
