You can use the same CSA as for CallManager, but check the CRS
Compatibility Matrix to ensure the version of CSA is supported with your
version of IPCC Express.

With more recent CSAs, I've had issues with it blocking access to
Historical Reporting, so test this after installation, along with a
CAD/CSD login. Once CSA was told to allow the traffic associated with HR
it ran fine.
