We run Unity 4.0.4 on three Unity boxes with digital networking and two
win2K DC/GC servers. When we need to move subscribers between servers we
usually use the Unity Global Subscriber Manager tool.
On the other hand, if we do it manually, we'd delete a subscriber on the
first Unity; wait about 10-15 minutes for AD and SQL synchronization;
delete a userID in AD; run the Run Cleanup Agent in Exchange System
Manager; create the subscriber on the second Unity; wait 10-15 minutes
until this user show up in the first Unity. We usually test the progress
by dialing the subscriber's extension from Unity AA.
You could also delete a subscriber in the first Unity; wait 10-15
minutes for synchronization and then just import the subscriber into the
second Unity.

Subject: [cisco-voip] Unity subscriber
I'm running Unity 4.0.5 on two unity boxes with Digital networking setup
between my AD 2003 network.
I deleted a user on one unity server and added her to the other. The
first unity box thinks she is on the second but the second has no record
of her. I have done total resyncs of both AD and GC and still no worky.
Any ideas on how to move forward.
Scott
