[cisco-voip] start talking without presiing answer button , just pickup the phone but how

If that is the case.... Check to see if your little phone hook is turned
up like you would use when hanging the phone up on the wall.  I have had
issues where it sits on it and never really hangs the phone up.  I have
just got in the habit of never putting this little up.

So you are saying that picking up the headset doesn't take the phone
off-hook and answer the call?

hi,

 

when a call comes to my ip phone , to answer the call i have to press
the Answer   button which is displayed on the screen. Howevew i wanna
start talking when i pick up the phone without pressing any button.
