[cisco-voip] start talking without pressing answer button

This sounds very much like an error I've seen on some 7941's, where the
user picks up the phone but the call isn't actually answered until the
user presses the "Answer" softkey. It's not supposed to do this by
design.
To fix it, type **#** on the phone in question, this should force a
reset and the phone should be good to go.
