Make sure you include a "set contact info" step set to "handled" after
they successfully transfer to VM. Otherwise, each time someone opts for
voicemail it will show as an abandoned call in reports.

Under the menu properties, set the number of retries to zero and the
"are you still there?" system prompt won't be heard.
