[cisco-voip] 7914 install

Make sure you've created a new Phone Button Template by copying the
existing standard 7961 button template.

I have added the 7914 to a 7961 phone and connected them. I have also
added the module to the phone.  But from CCMUser I can NOT update the
speed dials.. What's up?  I'm I doing something wrong?
