[cisco-voip] Lic for cm 5.0

I'm desperate to try and upgrade our lab to 5, but can't seem to get
hold of the installation files, can anyone help out with this?

You could install v4.1, set up some phones, and upgrade to 5 and use the
temp license for testing. Or talk to your cisco account team, maybe they
can help you out.
