[cisco-voip] CallManager 5 license for VMWare

If you worked for me, and you picked the new Lenovo IBM PCs, I would fire
you.

My point is more to the fact that by not allowing people to play with CCM5
on VMWare, they are guaranteeing that most of us cannot train on the system.

For that reason, I cannot recommend CCM5 for any of my customers.
