[cisco-voip] Installing CCM 4.1.3 steps needed (new look)

Dear Nathann
  we successfully installed CCM4.1.3 successfully thank very much for ur help.
  really appratiated.but right now we had a problem installing the AA version 3.5(2)
  i get an error mesage in the middle of installation progress. i've attached a capture of the error and the log file.
   
  also during the installation of the backup and restore tool we get an error mesage "also attached" then the whole installation just roles back :(
   
  i know i'm asking a lot of questions but thank so much for help given so far

install I did continue to keep shutting down the default website when
I restarted the pc. IIS Was running fine, it was just the website
that was shutdown. Once I manually started the web site, I could
access web pages on the CCM Lab Server.
