[cisco-voip] CAD Agent Issues on images

Yeah, our agents don't have admin rights and it is a big, fat, error-fest...
CAD (IPCC 4.0(4)) still works (they get calls), however, I am sure log files
are a disaster... I asked management to give them admin rights and they said
'no way..' So, I told them to enjoy the errors.
