[cisco-voip] VG248 Stuck off hook

Hi

We have a vg248 which lost power, since coming back, some ports are
showing as off hook or on call (PLAR) even though they don't have
anything attached.  They are auto configured with dumb numbers so would
not have incoming calls.

Not sure if the power thing has anything to do with it but has only
started happening since this.

Has anyone seen this?  The work around at the moment is to disable the
port's.
