[cisco-voip] Ipcc Scripting question

Im try to at the feature to announce the estimated time in que by minutes.
I tried the  "get report" and selected the expected wait time and added the
generate prompted step.  But not sure on how the system will know the
expected / estimated wait time.  So im sure it's a step im missing.  

 

So next Im trying the "Switch string" step .  so Im trying to come up with a
way to create this expression  "callsinQue  X  averagecallhandletime( 2min)
divided by LoginAgents  

 Need to get this and put it in a variable  for the Switch string step and
add my minutes 

 

Do anybody have any ideal on the above or other suggestion.
