[cisco-voip] Agent recording

I'm running IPCCx4.0.1sr1 and have silent monitoring / recording working
from the Supervisor but how do you get agent to be able to record the
call?

 

I'm no longer using SPAN but I'm using the Agent for monitoring.

 

Where on the CAD do you record?
