I can't help you with 1 & 2
For your third question if you mean you need to convert the UTC time stamp
then here are a few options;
- you can convert it directly in your sql select statement :
SELECT DATEADD(ss, datetimeorigination, 'Jan 1, 1970 00:00:00') AS
datetime, etc etc
- You can convert in excel to GMT with this formula: =<Cell
number>/86400+DATE(1970,1,1)
- Find a converter on the net that will do it. There is one up for download
from www.ciscopress.com, look at this link and go to the downloads part
