[cisco-voip] 3750 switch loses packets when pinging ip phones

I believe the phone is programmed to drop every other ping packet, so less than 100% success on a ping is normal.

  i got 3750 switch and 7940 and 7960 ip phones.

  when i trp to ping ip phone from switch i lost lots of the packets. and this prevents ip phone registration to CCM.

  c3750-ipbase-mz.122-25.SEB2.bin



  ip phone ip address is a.b.c.155



  thats the config



  interface FastEthernet1/0/2
   switchport mode access
   switchport voice vlan 20
   spanning-tree portfast





  interface Vlan1
   no ip address
  !
  interface Vlan10
   description ----DATA VLAN----
   ip address x.y.z.131 255.255.255.128

   description ----VOICE VLAN----
   ip address a.b.c.129 255.255.255.128



  i tried 3 phones and changed the cable but the problem is still going on.

  anyone has any idea
