[cisco-voip] same DN s in different partiitons but how

Put each DN in its own partition with the full DID number, these are not the
same DN. These are distinctively different DNs.
If people want to get to those DNs using Five digit dialing (if it is only
these three), create a translation pattern for 900905556664xxx to 64XXXX,
etc.
