Sorry to jump in to the conversation late.  Unless it changed recently,
Cisco's Attendant Console Application is not partition aware.  So if you
have 3 4000 extensions in different partitions, there is now way to
control which one the line state icons are monitoring.

There are 3rd party Attendant consoles that work, but they are not
cheap.

Just thought I'd mention it so you are not surprised later.
