[cisco-voip] Unity Digital Networking

I have two Unity 4.0.5 server digitally networked together.

 

On one server I have the option to move subscriber from Global
Subscriber manager and the other I do NOT have this option.  Any idea's
why?  Does this type of move, move there password, greeting and name?
This is all UM Exchange 2003.
