[cisco-voip] IPCCX: Custom Reporting ?

Couple of questions before I start attempting some custom IPCCX express
reports.

First, is the SQL database that IPCCX (Premium) going to use reside locally
as a seperate database from CCM ?  Or does it integrate with the CCM
database?

Whats the best way to handle user rights and permissions?  I should be able
to create a custom user with read only access to the SQL database right?

I will see what I can find and read up on, but if anyone has anything useful
would love to hear it.
