What data are you looking for? We have been able to get the data we
needed from the Pre-Canned Historical reporting software.

Not familiar with anything other then the historical reporting software?
What plugin allows you to do custom reporting? The historical reporting
software is all canned at least from what I have seen in playing with it
briefly. Maybe I missed something?
Can you elaborate a little if you don't mind?

Why don't you use the built in plugin for historical reporting and then
assign users permissions through that?

Couple of questions before I start attempting some custom IPCCX express
reports.
First, is the SQL database that IPCCX (Premium) going to use reside
locally as a seperate database from CCM ? Or does it integrate with the
CCM database?
Whats the best way to handle user rights and permissions? I should be
able to create a custom user with read only access to the SQL database
right?
I will see what I can find and read up on, but if anyone has anything
useful would love to hear it.
