The PSTN is a PRI.
So there is no way to fix this then?

What type of connection to you have to the PSTN?
Even a release to switch xfer from Unity is still a consultative
transfer, Unity just completes it upon hearing ringback. So the
initial call out to the PSTN will be coming from Unity. If you have
a PRI CM should send something like a Notify with a connected number
IE when the transfer is completed, but whether or not that new number
is passed along through the PSTN is out of your control.

Sorry, release to switch is what I meant. It might get lost when it
goes off-net.

Would that be set on each CH? And I don't have direct to switch....
Mine is set to release to switch. And I'm still getting unity extension.

are you using supervised transfer or direct to switch?
supervised transfer will send the unity port, but direct to switch
should send the caller id.

If I have a call go to VM on the Unity server and then transfer to a
CH (my Cell) is there a way to keep the original Caller ID rather
then the Unity extension? CM 4.1 and Unity 4.0.5.
Thanks
Scott
