[cisco-voip] IPCC Express Issue

Hi Scott,
 
This usually indicates the NIC card is down that is used for VoIP
monitoring or the registry entry for it is not set correctly.  You'll
need to disable the second NIC on the IPCC server if you are not using
this service. You also need to make sure that the NIC binding order is
set correctly. The primary NIC should be listed first in the binding
order.

Seeing this error every minute or so on IPCC Express 4.0(4) SR1.  Anyone
seen this?  Any ideas?

FCVMS203 splk_pcap_lookupnet() failed. errorBuf: The operation completed
successfully.
