[cisco-voip] T1 CAS and Hookflash on MGCP 3845 with CCM4.2.3

Does anyone know why E&M is the only signaling option for T1-CAS while
using MGCP? It seems like CallManager has very limited support for
T1-CAS hookflash when integrating with legacy IVRs or voicemail systems.
H323 allows me to use a variety of signaling protocols on T1-CAS but
then there is no hookflash capability. Any thoughts?
