[cisco-voip] direct-inward-dial

Direct Inward Dial means that the digits that telco sends you should be
forwarded to CallManager for a match to a directory number,
translation-pattern or CTI Route-Point, etc. on CallManager.

Non-DID means that the port will ring and be forward by a connection plar or
attendant-DN to go to a common location.
