Agreed. Cisco recommended the iMic for a customer of mine as well.

According to the CCM4.1 SRND, page, 7-4:
"The Telex P-800 USB card is no longer available. While existing P-800 cards are still supported as indicated above, the Griffin iMic USB card should be used in new deployments."

I want to use external sound source, and the CCM has no sound card.
I've been using a Griffin USB device, but it's a little bit unreliable at times -- a regular soundcard would work better...
