[cisco-voip] How the AutoAttedant will answer the outside callers

HI,

1/ Purchase 1 more number from telco and direct it to the AA.

2/ Remove 3555700 from DID range, so not assign 5700 to any user, or

3/ Translate 3555700 to 8000 on voice port

And then under the AA script you can transfer call to the operator
5700.

In the 1 and 2 choose, caller can make direct call to the operator.

In the 3 choose, caller cann't make direct call to the operator.

Sincerely Yours,
Konstantin Fedorov

Subject: [cisco-voip] How the AutoAttedant will answer the outside
callers

hi

i got 2851 CCME and one aim card installed in this router.

my pri number : 355 57 xx (100 DID)

my user will use 5700 - 5799 numbers as extension.

config is below. I wonder how the outside callers will direct to
Autoattendant number 8000. Beacuse the outside caller will dial 3555700
and how the AA will answer this call.

in the config below i can not see anything about this kind of call
routing to autoattendant.
